Champagne sailing on the first day of competition

The SIM 34th Singapore Open is hosting the 2015 RS:One Asian Championships with, for the first time, the participation of China.

Champagne sailing for this first day of the competition with gusts up to 24 knots, 30 degrees and clear Singaporean sky.

4 races were completed with racers flying over the chop of the Singapore straits with massive cargos near by.

Current World Champion, Cheng Kwok Fai from Hong Kong, fired a clear 4 bullets ahead of Zan Zhichao from China.

In the women division, Chinese sailor Li Xiaoyan has dominated Ngai Wan Yan from Hong Kong.

Forecast for the next few days looks really promising, so stay tuned!

3- Lee Chun Ting - HKG

Women RS:One after 4 races:
1- Li Xiaoyan - CHN
2- Ngai Wai Yan - HKG
3- Ma Kwan Ching - HKG
