Unfortunately the organisers of the IFCA 2010 Slalom European Championships in Kiel/Schoenberger Strand have had no option but to withdraw their bid to host this event.

Without sufficient financial support and sponsors they could not guarantee to deliver the quality event expected by competitors or that they would wish to organise:

"We are very sorry about this development as we enjoyed organizing the Youth & Master Europeans last year very much and were looking forward to the event this year."

IFCA and IWA will pursue all options in trying to secure an alternative.
