REGISTER ON-LINE

Have credit/debit card ready.

Find the event you wish to enter.

Complete the on-line entry form - note *mandatory fields must be filled in.

"Proceed to checkout" will take you to secure PayPal pages to make payment with credit/debit card details or own PayPal account.

An on-screen message will confirm you have successfully completed the entry process.

An e-mail will confirm your entry. Please take copy of this e-mail receipt with you to registration - on paper or mobile device. (NoR - "proof of payment")

The entry list should be updated daily - but allow 48 hours for your name to appear before contacting IWA Office

DISCOUNTS FOR EARLY ENTRY - Check NoR's for dates

Occasionally the discount entry period will be extended - the price given on the entry form is the price you will pay

Entry fees are dependent on age not fleet, eg a junior racing as a youth pays the junior rate, a youth racing as a senior pays the youth rate (where applicable).

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS VIA THE IWA OFFICE

The IWA office can process credit card payments on your behalf using the RBS World Pay secure payment gateway. Please contact the IWA Office for details. NB: IWA does not retain card details once the transaction has been processed.

e-mail copy of the bank transfer order to IWA together with names and sail numbers.

REFUNDS

If, for any reason, you find you are unable to attend the event for which you have registered, please contact the IWA office.

Refunds to credit cards and by bank transfer will incur a small service charge to cover PayPal, World Pay or bank costs. NB: payments can be transferred to another event or competitor without charge.

PLEASE do NOT contact your card issuer, PayPal or World Pay for a refund!
