Today, more than one hundred windsurfers bravely sailed in the very cold waters of the North Garda Lake, competing, since the early morning, in the 3 conclusive races of the event.
6 races sailed in the competition, which is part of the biggest event of the Alto Garda, along with Optimist and Laser, with 1800 athletes in total: three races have been completed Thursday, with winds over 15 knots, and three today, with a north wind between 10 and 15 knots, and very cold water temperature.

Tomorrow (Easter Sunday) at 12:00 the subscriptions of European Championship will open, starting from an already high level of pre-registered athletes – more than 300 – a new record of participation for the European Championship.
The athletes, tomorrow at 7 p.m. will attend the opening ceremony of the championship, and after they will parade with their flags along the old town and the lake promenade of Torbole. Monday will be dedicated to “practice race”. From Tuesday to Saturday, the Under-15 and Under-17 athletes will race for the European title.
