This will be the Starboard Formula Experience 160 in combination with a Severne Overdrive sail, creating an environment where fierce competition, tactical insight and superior skill will create future windsurfing champions.
To promote this fastest growing racing class in windsurfing, Starboard will make 10 complete Formula Experience sets available as charter equipment. Anyone entering the Formula Experience European Championship in Portugal from June 13th to 18th can rent this equipment, and the complete sets will also be available at the following events:
05 to 07 August – 100% Formula, France
12 to 21 August – FW Europeans & Grand prix, Latvia
29 August to 03 Sept. – FW JYM Worlds, Denmark
15 to 18 Sept. – FW ITA Open, Italy
How can I participate?
For EUR 250, a rider will be entitled to use a complete Starboard Formula Experience 160 for the duration of the event. This board comes with a complete Severne Overdrive 11.0 rig and an additional 9.7 sail that will fit the issued mastbase, boom and mast.
