The foundation Dutch Youth Regatta and Dutch Techno293 class organisation are happy to announce that the entry limitations for the Open Dutch National Championships for the Techno293 class have been increased.[more]

Due to local government restrictions the number of entries was limited at 40 competitors for the Techno293 class. After extensive consultation this limit has now been extended up to 60 competitors. Teams still interested in coming to the Netherlands won’t have to worry about not being allowed to compete.

The 2012 Dutch Youth Regatta promises to be another great event again. The biggest youth sailing and windsurfing event in Europe, bringing 8 youth classes together on 4 different course areas. More than 800 competitors from all over the world are expected to come to Workum.

The Open Dutch Championships for Techno293 and RS:X Youth will be part of the Dutch Youth Regatta, where anyone from any country can become the Dutch National Champion for 2012.

Workum is situated alongside the Ijsselmeer, on the opposite side of Medemblik. Bringing similar racing conditions as expected at the 2012 Techno293 World Championships venue in Medemblik. Racing at the Dutch Youth Regatta gives you an excellent opportunity to get some pre-worlds race training on the Ijsselmeer.

If you need any help or support with coachboat charters or travelling to the Netherlands, don’t hesitate to contact the organizers.
