The inaugural RFWEC was hosted at the Hotel Pierhouse, Lomonosov, St.Petersburg. The pilot venue greeted sailors from Latvia, Estonia, and the Russian cities of Lipetsk, Ekaterinburg, Moscow region and St. Petersburg.[more]
The fleet consisting of 31 competitors really enjoyed different weather and water conditions within those 3 days with 10 races completed.
We had heavy rain throughout the 1st day and 10-16 knots; cloudy sky and 18-26 knots on 2nd day; and sunny stable weather with 16 knots on the last day.
Urgent sail repair for some of us; but sauna and grill party for the first two days had offered to competitors good opportunity to recover and enjoy the competition.

2nd-John Kaju (EST-24)
3rd-Tristan Kivi (EST-347)
6th overall and 1st Russian-Anton Gumennyy (RUS-745)
