The 2017 RS:One World Championships, set on the beautiful white sand beach of the luxury Hoi An Boutique Resort, saw the 51 racers from 14 countries and 3 continents, including the 2010 RS:X Female World Champion Miss Blanca Manchon, pushing their limits with 3 more races in light and shifty winds between 4 to 8 knots on day three.[more]

Thailand female sailor Siripon Kaewduangngam maintained the dominant performance leading Peiling Chen from China and Spanish legendary sailor Blanca Manchon coming into the picture by claiming the overall third place.
In the Men’s fleet, Geylord Coveta from the Philippines continued his domination with very consistent performances. His Team mate Yancy Kaibigan felt back to third position when his Thai component Natthaphong Phonoppharat came in contention and is now third overall.
