The third competition day started off smoothly´with the wind already blowing from the right direction. At noon it was finally time for the first races to start in light to medium winds at the MEDICANA 2022 IFCA Junior Youth & Masters Slalom World Championships in Cesme Alacati at the ION Club Alacati
INTERNATIONAL HANGOUT
A relaxing morning paved way for some athletes to hang out after having
all gear already ready for whatever the conditions may be.
HELMETS ARE HERE TO STAY
The Junior and Youth Divisions in all Class Championships shall now
wear helmets during slalom racing. This change came after an AGM decision.

Many new young windsurfers are having their first time experience in
an international slalom championship and often require coach assistance,
tips, and support.

of all the races, and providing answers to the athletes questions.

Finally time to hit the water on the 3rd event day. Competitors
sailed on thier biggest registered equipment throughout the day.
