Day 3 was all about fin slalom action, showcasing the skills and speed of the competitors. The first fin slalom races were completed for Youth Women and Junior Boys, followed by back-to-back full fleet races for Masters, Youth Women, and Junior Girls.
The third day of the 2024 IFCA JYM Slalom European Championships in Viganj, Croatia, was stuffed with ideal conditions for fin racing. With winds ranging from 15 to 25 knots, the day was set for exhilarating slalom action. After setting the course, the first heat for slalom racing started, and the conditions remained favorable throughout the morning. As the day progressed, the wind gradually decreased but still allowed for an impressive series of races.
