The final event of the eleven stop 2013 Formula Windsurfing European Cup Tour took place in Italy over the weekend of 7th/8th September.[more]
It was not to be Valentin Brault’s best event, but he had already achieved enough good results, including event wins, to secure the tour title.
This final event of the series was hosted by Yacht Club Domaso on Lake Como in northern Italy. A fabulous location and the tour is very much looking forward to returning in the future.
The event was won by Richard Stauffacher (SUI-31) with two race wins.

Class President Francesco Zarbo, also competing, was on hand to present the series award – with the top three all attending the Como event:
1) Valentin Brault (France)
2) Filip Korczycki (Poland)
3) Ansis Dale (Latvia)
Ansis was also first Grandmaster in the Series ranking – with Maris Birzulis, also from Latvia as first Master, and Peeter Kask, Estonia, was first Youth.
