This championship was held alongside an IFCA Slalom Grand Prix, and the race committee also found time to run three full slalom eliminations on the last day of the event.
It was a good day for 3 times FW world champion Steve Allen (AUS-0) – his 3 bullets today ensured he remained top of the overall ranking, with maximum world ranking points and prize money.
Arnon Dagan (ISR-1) put in a solid performance and his first in race 13 plus 3 second places brought him equal on points with current world champion Casper Bouman (NED-52).
Casper did not have his best day – but he did enough to earn the title of European Champion, on a tie break decider against Arnon.
